Login and troubleshoot Ludus ERP

How do I log in to Ludus.pro?


Log in to the AuditGame website using the following steps: 1. Install Chrome Web browser from the Google website: www.google.nl/chrome/browser/desktop/ 2. Go to the address of ' Ludus. Pro ' version, the link is given in the simulator. Press the link and a login screen opens. 3. Click on ' Google Login'. You will now be redirected to the (white) Google login page. 4. Click on ' Add Account ' and fill in the login data displayed in the simulator. 5. You will now see a desktop environment with icons. This is the Ludus.pro ERP-desktop environment with the data of the Audit Simulator. N.B. the ' Ludus. Pro ' desktop web address, the background, icons, layout and functionalities of Ludus.pro may differ per course and/or educational institution from the version of Ludus.pro shown in the webcast n functionaliteiten van Ludus.pro kan per cursus en/of onderwijsinstelling afwijken van de in de webcast getoonde versie van Ludus.pro.




I cannot log on to ludus.pro, now what?


Try the following:

1. Have you logged in with Google Chrome? If not then install Google Chrome Web browser and then try again

2. You may still be signed into Google Chrome with another account. Sign in using Incognito mode in Chrome.

3. Have you used the correct address of ' Ludus. Pro ' version, which you received from the course management? Please note: multiple ' ludus.pro ' addresses are possible depending on the course and/or trainer. Enter this address exactly and do not add ' www. '. For information select your trainer and course here. You will now see a blue login screen.

4. Do you use a laptop or computer from your employer? Then ask the IT department if ' ludus.pro ' is blocked. This can be the case with some employers.

5. Do you get an 'internal server error ' message? Then try logging in again. Often it will succeed. To do so, re-enter the ' Ludus. Pro ' desktop web address or go to ' home page '

6. Check on ' Login & Support ' under ' Help desk ' if there are any failures.

7. If you do not yet manage to log in, please contact info@ludus.pro.

Which web browser can I use to load ' Ludus.Pro ' desktop?


The desktop.ludus.pro website has been developed for use with Google Chrome. Other Web browsers can provide a reduced user experience.




Does the ' Ludus. Pro ' desktop also work on computers with other operating systems, such as Android, Linux and Apple computers?


Yes, if and insofar as Google Chrome is installed.




Can I also log in to ludus.pro with my own Google account?


No, you can only log in with the ' @Ludus. Pro 'account mentioned in the audit simulator page with information on Ludus.pro.




I get an error message when logging on to ' Ludus.Pro ', now what?

I get an 'internal Server error ' message, now what?


If you get this message, try logging in again, often this will work. Re-enter the Ludus.pro desktop address or press ' home page '

There may be a malfunction or maintenance. Click here for more information.




It is between 0.00 and 8.00 in the morning and I am unable to log in. What now?


AuditGaming is constantly working on improving the audit Simulator. This requires maintenance and updating of the Audit Simulator and LUDUS ERP. This work is carried out at night from twelve o'clock to eight o'clock in the morning and can take place throughout the course period. The ludus.pro-Desktop website is no longer available and you will receive a ' 404-notification '. During the daytime between 8 a.m. to 24.00 pm the Audit Simulator is available. We apologize for any inconvenience.




What is the function of the 'Ledgerschedule' table in LUDUS ERP?


LedgerSchedule concerns the balances in LUDUS ERP. For the Dutch cases, the balance sheet will usually be presented on the basis of the Reference General Ledger scheme (RGS) The balance appears in the column 'Amount'

The number of columns can be adjusted as desired using the drop down menu above each column (click on triangle and select columns under ' Columns '





Use Ludus.pro

Can I also download the tables from 'Ludus.pro'-desktop?


Currently this option has not been made available. The required datasets and queries are made available in ' Ludus. Pro '-desktop itself, mostly under the ' Documents ' folder. The tables are made available in .csv-files or xls-files which can be imported into spreadsheet programs and data analysis software.

Where can I find the general ledger?


In the "Ledgerschedule" table, select the period you want to see and the ERP system will retrieve the balances. The specifications of the balances in 'ledgerschedule' can be displayed by linking the General Ledger Line” table to ' LedgerSchedule' (see question: "How can I request a general ledger balance specification?").

LedgerSchedule relates to the balances in LUDUS ERP. For the Dutch cases, the balance sheet will often be presented on the basis of the Reference General Ledger Scheme (RGS). The balance is shown in the 'Amount' column.

The number of columns can be adjusted via the dropdown menu above each column (click on triangle and select columns under ' Columns ')




How can I request a general ledger balance specification?


1. Open the "Ledgerschedule" table and select the time period.

2. Open the table "Generalledgerline" and place it under the "ledgerschedule" table.

3. In the “Generallegderline" table Select the "From ledgerschedule" option and "Follow".

Now "Generalledgerline" follows the selections made in "ledgerschedule". Now in "ledgerschedule" Select the ledger account of your choice. In "GeneralLedgerLine", the ledger summary is now displayed.




How does the follow function in Ludus.pro?


The ' follow function ' is a simple method of linking tables together, so that, for example, a specification of a particular order or ledger account can be accessed quickly. The documents are not displayed correctly. How can I fix it?


The documents are presented at Auditgaming and not in Ludus.pro anymore. Please refer to the Auditgaming-website.

I cannot to access a document in Ludus.pro. What now?

LUDUS-Desktop doesn't seem to retrieve the right data, now what?


If there is an unexpected PROBLEM AND that Ludus-desktop is not working properly, please check first if a malfunction has been reported under ' Login & Support ' under ' Helpdesk '. Temporary 'workarounds', are also mentioned there. If no malfunction has been reported, it can be reported at info@ludus.pro.




Where can I find the journal entry numbers in LUDUS ERP?


  1. Open the "Generalledger" table and select the time period. In Generalledger , the various journal entries (bank, purchase, sales book)) are included.

  2. Open the table "Generalledgerline" and place it under the "generalledger" table.

  3. In the "Generallegderline" table, select the "From generalledger" and "Follow" options.

Now "Generalledgerline" follows the selections made in "Generalledger". Now select the number of your choice in "Generalledger". The journal entries on in "generalledgerline", are automatically displayed.




Where can I find the journal entries in LUDUS ERP?


  1. Open the "Generalledger" table and select the time period. The various journals (bank, purchase, Sales book)) are included in Generalledger.

Now "Generalledgerline" follows the selections made in "generalledger". Now select the voucher number of your choice in "Generalledger". In "generalledgerline", the journal entries on the voucher number are automatically displayed.




What is the function of the table 'Generalledger' in LUDUS?


GeneralLedger is the table in which the journals are fixed. Ludus has the following types of journals:

- bank journal (BankStatement)

- purchaseorder journal (PurchaseOrder)

- purchasesinvoices journal (PurchaseInvoice)

- purchase shipping journal (ShippingDocument)

- salesorder journal(SalesOrder)

- salesinvoices journal (Salesinvoice)

- sales shipping journal (SalesShippingDocument)

- journal entries (Generaljournalentries)

The transactions are recorded in these journals. One or more journal entries can be recorded per journal entry. The journal entries are recorded in Generalledgerline. Generalledgerline can be linked to Generalledger through the 'follow function'. (See question: "Where can I find the journal entries in LUDUS? ')

The journals can be selected from the drop down menu in the ' Type ' column in generalledger.




What is the function of the ' Generalledgerline' table in LUDUS?


The "Generalledgerline" table contains all the journal entry lines.

GeneralLedgerLine displays the journal entry lines of a journal entry, by linking "Generalledger" (See question: "Where can I find the voucher numbers in LUDUS?")

GeneralLedgerLine displays the specifications of the balance sheet (G/L cards) by linking generalledgerline with 'generalledger', see question ' How can I get the specification of a ledger balance ?'

The number of columns can be adjusted as desired using the drop down menu above each column (click on triangle and select columns under ' Columns ')




What is the function of the Ledgerschedule table?


In table "Ledgerschedule", select the time period of choice and the ERP system will retrieve the balances. Can I adjust the number of columns in the tables?


Yes, the number of columns can be adjusted to your liking using the drop down menu above each column: Click on the triangle and select the columns you want under ‘columns’.





Login simulator

How do I open the Incognito window in Chrome?


  1. Open Chrome on your computer.

  2. Click New Incognito window in the upper-right corner. A new window will open.

Make sure that the Incognito icon (see example below) is displayed in the top corner.




How long does it take for my website membership to be approved?


The notification will be taken into consideration as soon as possible and can take up to two business days.




Why is the membership request assessed?


The reason is to ensure the integrity and reliability of the simulator.




My membership has been approved. What now?


Go to the cases License page. Select the applicable license. If a license is purchased, you have direct access to the case. Then go to login page for cases and select your case and you can get started.

If your educational institution has paid the license, your application will be evaluated by the Auditgaming-team. Without a counter notification, you have access to the case within two working days. Then go to login page for cases and select your case and you can get started.




I have ordered a license, but do not have access to the case yet. What now?


If you have purchased the license yourself, please contact the AuditGaming Helpdesk.

If your educational institution has fulfilled the license and you have chosen a ' EUR 0 ' license, your application will be reviewed by the AuditGaming team. Without further notice, access to the case is granted within two business days. Then try again.




What is a ' EUR 0 ' license?


This is a licence whose costs are met by an educational institution. To gain access to a case with this license, the license request is first assessed. Access is granted only after approval of the license request by the AuditGaming team. This review can take up to two business days.




Whenever I select the audit game , I go to the license screen. What now?


You probably chose a ' EUR 0 ' license. The license fee for this license is fulfilled by your educational institution. Before access can be granted, your license request is first reviewed by the AuditGaming team. This review can take up to two business days. Until access is granted, you will always be returned to the license screen when you select the case.

If you have paid the license yourself, please contact the Helpdesk.




The license page is empty. Now I cannot purchase a license. What should I do?


he reason the webpage is empty, can be caused by not allowing for 'third-party cookies' in your browser settings. Please go to the settings page of your webbrowser and allow 'third-party cookies. If you are using, Chrome: If you are using Firefox:





Troubleshoot simulator

The website is slow, now what?


For an optimal experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox.

The use of Windows Explorer is not recommended (and is also no longer supported by Microsoft). Also Microsoft Edge is not recommended.

In the case of Android tablets, Google Chrome is particularly recommended because the lighter, faster mobile website can then be used.




The PDFs cannot be read in the simulator, now what?


For the PDFs , an app is used on the website for an optimal user experience. However, Internet security software on your computer may mistakenly identify this app as a threat and block it.

It is advised to adjust the settings of the Internet security software and allow the use of the app. If this does not help, contact your Internet security software vendor to report a false positive and remove the app from the list of threats. We are happy to help you, if necessary.
